Ready to take on a badass poledance spinning combo and defy gravity together?
In this workshop you will be taught a spinning pole combo of shapes and moves that are suitable for as well beginners as intermediate pole dancers. You'll defy gravity using fluent pole transitions whilst adding twisty & bendy shapes that will make you float like a feather.

Requirements? Being able to invert is necessary
Cost? €30 pro participant
Extra: make sure to wear your shortest bottoms & show that belly because the more skin you can have on the pole the better your grip will be
