Slithering on socks: low flow choreo - saturday May 6

Are you feeling sensual? Want to explore the gooey side of pole dancing? Keep your sweatpants and socks on and let's slide and roll around on the floor together!

'Slithering on Socks' are a series of saturday floorwork workshops that include the bottom part of the pole and the floor: we will be using our socks and clothes to our advantage to create beautiful slides, so all our moves and shapes merge together fluidly.

Each choreo will be prepared to slow music so we can include plenty of soft body rolls to create a relaxing flow. Come as you are, no prerequisites needed!

Dates: saturday May 6, 2023
We start at 2:45pm. Workshop lasts 90 minutes.
Cost: €30 per person
Please bring socks. Kneepads are recommended.
