Butterfly workshop - Friday February 20

Just learned the Butterfly polemove and craving for more?
Or do you want to refine your technique, working on both your strong and 'less strong' side?
During this 90 minutes workshop PDAntwerp teacher Benjamin will offer you up to 20 possible variations to this pose, mainly on static but including spinning pole. We'll guide you in the discovery of the poses that match your current level. 

Date? Friday February 20. Kick-off at 6:30pm (till 8pm)
Level? Beginner-2 and up. We start with an adjusted & specific warm-up so you can train these moves safely and confidently — and continue practicing them on your own minimising the risk of injuries
