When?
Dates are Saturdays October 19, November 16 and December 7, 2024. Always starting at 3pm till 4:30pm
During series 19 dates are Saturdays January 25, February 15 and March 22, every time starting at 3pm.

Cost?
Free from September till June for our Antwerp Poleninjas. Participating in July & August is €15.
Non-members of our studio are charged €15/hour all the time.
Our poles will be at your service for 90 minutes. 

What to expect?
You book, come in and train as you like. Feel free to bring a friend or your polepartner. One of our instructors will always be at hand to guide and spot you when necessary. 
Warm-up, preparation and training are at your own responsibility, this is not a class that is being taught.
