When?
Dates are April 19, May 24 -both dates starting at 1pm- and June 14 starting at 3pm till 4:30pm
During summer dates are Saturday July 5 (start at 12:30pm) and Friday 1/8 (start at 6pm).

Cost?
Free from September till June for our Antwerp Poleninjas. Participating in July & August is €15.
Non-members of our studio are charged €15/hour at all times.
Our poles will be at your service for 90 minutes. 

What to expect?
You book, come in and train as you like. This 'playtime' on Saturday is open for all levels. It is a great opportunity to get inspired by others, practice what you've learned in class, try this cool move you saw on instagram,... Feel free to bring a friend or your polepartner. 
One of our instructors will always be at hand to guide and spot you when necessary. 
Warm-up, preparation and training are at your own responsibility, this is not a class that is being taught.
