1. Beginner level

Aka Pole Intro classes. In these classes, we'll start from scratch. No previous pole dancing experience required, and we guarantee you that you'll be able to lift your own weight by the end of this series (for real!), you will manage to climb to the top and sit confidently in the pole.

2. Beginner 1 level

Students finished a full beginner series of 11 weekly classes and have a proper knowledge of basic polemoves (eg. Genie  and Cross knee release) & -spins (from back hook up to a hollywood spin). A basic poleclimb is required and you are aware of the technique for inverts. We'll start with polecombos and as the series evolves, the combos get longer and more challenging.

3. Beginner 2 level

You're comfortable with/know the techniques for a 'clean' Invert & Dismount, Gemini, Scorpio, Hero, Poleplank, Crucifix & Superman. We deepen our practice to build up strength and work up to longer combos in the pole (up to 3 consecutive moves).

»
»
4. Intermediate Level

Students finished all 3 beginner series and master the pole basics. Mastering a 'clean' invert is required to join this level. We'll start working on moves as a Butterfly & Shouldermount, flexy polemoves as an Allegra and a Libellula and work up to challenging polecombos that require more strength. Aerial inverts are our challenge in this series.

5. Intermediate 1 Level

Participants finished all beginnerseries and feel comfortable when executing combos of 4 basic polemoves (on both sides). We'll continue working on Butterfly, Shouldermounts & Ayesha/Handspring and flexy polemoves as a Jade  & its variations. Your aerial inverts are there on both sides.

6. Intermediate 2 Level

We'll continue working on moves and variations of Brass Monkey, Ayesha/Handspring & Extended Butterfly. Polecombos get longer (over 4 consecutive moves without touching the floor) and require more strength, flexibility and stamina.

»
»
7. Open Level

Class can be attended by students of levels intermediate-2 and up. Mastering your aerial shouldermount is required in order to join. You need to be able to execute long combos without (unnecessary) regripping in the pole. We'll continue with polemoves of a higher difficulty (flexibility and strength), floorwork stuff and longer combos, as well as variations on already taught polemoves.
