Poleflex with Alejandra
Alejandra will teach poleflex classes every thursday. These classes are meant to extend and deepen your pole practice. Former pole experience is required in order to participate.
Classes are scheduled at 6pm & 7:15pm, and will cost you €180 for the complete series of 10 classes. Antwerp Poleninja's are entitled to a discount.
First class on thursday October 8, 2020. Since we need to take the covid-19 safety protocol into account, the number of participants in this series will be very limited.
