What to expect?
Two subsequent twerking workshops. You learn all twerking techniques in the first workshop, and will use them in a sexy polechoreo in the second workshop...

Workshop 1 (1:30pm - 3pm): Twerk Technique
Always wanted to learn how to twerk like a pro? In this workshop, we will learn the basic steps of twerking: pop, shake, side-to-side and clap. We'll start with the fundamentals and go through the different variations for each step, from beginner to advanced variations. We will learn short combos incorporating the basic steps.
- NO TWERKING EXPERIENCE NECESSARY.
- Come wearing sneakers (trainers) and colorful, loose shorts.
- Long leggings are NOT recommended.
- Suitable for non-polers.
Workshop 2 (3:30pm - 5pm): Exotic Twerk Choreo (combining twerk with exotic pole dance)
In this workshop, we'll incorporate twerk moves and booty elements into a fun, sexy, sweaty exotic pole routine. We will learn how to do basic twerk moves on high heels and using the pole, as well as learn spins and static holds with twerk movements. In this workshop we will let go, bring out our dirty, sexy side, and channel our inner exotic dancer, American style!
- MUST TAKE TWERKING FOR BEGINNERS WORKSHOP IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE OR HAVE TWERK EXPERIENCE
- Suitable for all levels of polers
- Come wearing pole heels (Pleasers or similar)
- Please bring knee-pads
- Pole shorts are the best (leggings are NOT recommended)

1 workshop: 40 euro per person
2 workshops: 70 euro per person
