We start at 1pm and finish around 2.30pm
What to wear? Short shorts or loose trousers: your bottom should be moving so no leggings. Pole dancing shorts are perfect. A supporting bra might come in handy: your boobies don't need to jiggle along.
Don't forget your kneepads and sneakers
Level requirements? A former experience with twerking/pole dance is not required
