In this exotic flow workshop with Ulyana you will immerse yourself in a world of smooth and sensual movements. The choreography will combine elements of dance and acrobatics, creating seamless and harmonious transitions. Special attention will be given to working with musical rhythm and tempo, helping you learn to feel the music and move in sync with it.

Level?
Having a former experience with exotic pole/pole in heels is an asset but not compulsory. No absolute beginners.
